In this section, you can find information related to the data sync between BigPicture and external platforms (like Jira):
Built-in fields
Built-in fields—one of the two field types in BigPicture—can pull data from various external platforms and map it to their corresponding fields.
Mapping options for built-in fields
Built-in fields can be:
Configurable (example: End Date)
Non-configurable (example: Summary)
Native to the app (there is no corresponding field in the external tool)
They can also vary depending on the external platform.
Field mapping
Configuring field mapping ensures that data from Jira fields in your issues matches the fields in BigPicture.
